Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of GoFaster’s trademarked assets, platform content, or brand materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any references to GoFaster, LLC or its services must comply with applicable trademark and copyright laws.
GoFaster Rideshare Driver Background Check & Consent
Background Investigation Authorization
As a condition of being approved as a GoFaster rideshare driver, I understand that a comprehensive background check is required to ensure passenger safety and regulatory compliance.
I authorize GoFaster to conduct a background investigation that may include, but is not limited to:
Criminal history checks (local, state, and federal)
Sex offender registry checks
Identity verification
Employment and address verification
Background Check Authorization
GoFaster conducts background checks as part of its hiring process to ensure the safety and security of our customers, employees, and partners
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Authorization
I authorize GoFaster to obtain and review my Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to evaluate my driving history. I understand that maintaining a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and an acceptable driving record is required to remain an active GoFaster driver.
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Consent (For Driver Positions)
I authorize GoFaster to obtain and review my motor vehicle record (MVR) to determine my eligibility for a driving position. I understand that maintaining a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is a condition of employment
Drug & Alcohol Policy Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that GoFaster maintains a zero-tolerance policy for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol while providing services on the platform. I understand that violations may result in immediate deactivation.
Drug & Alcohol Testing Consent (If Applicable)
I understand that GoFaster may require pre-employment and/or random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
Ongoing Monitoring Consent
I understand and agree that GoFaster may conduct ongoing background and driving record checks during my time as a driver to ensure continued compliance with safety standards and applicable laws
Driver Certification & Authorization
I certify that all information provided in my application is true and complete. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of my driver status. I authorize GoFaster to obtain, use, and share necessary information for background screening and regulatory compliance as permitted by law.
